Our considerable success over the years, especially for such a small herd has been based on our necessity to keep only the very best animals, separating the wheat from the chaff on a regular basis. Over our 18-year association with the NCS (nee CFBA) and the exhibition of chinchillas, we have been awarded with well over 25 Show Champions and a similar number of Reserve Show Champions (five of each in the last show season). We have succeeded in winning Grand Show Champion at the NCS National Show on three separate occasions, although our main focus when entering a show is to challenge for the Standard & Mutation Breeders Awards, which commends the best 10 Standards and the best 10 Mutations. This prize we covet and cherish more than any other, and in the last three seasons we are unbeaten on UK show tables in the Standard breeders award…

Our personal objectives are bound up to those of the NCS in that we wish to promote the breeding and exhibition of high quality healthy chinchilla. This we have so far achieved this and we hope to continue in a similar manner in the future.
